Industrial packaging, engineered around your product
Design and request custom plywood crates, transport bases and protective packaging online. Batches of 10 to 500, with repeat orders.

Packaging cut around your product
Cutlab Packaging makes custom plywood packaging on our own CNC router in Estonia. OSB is available on request. You give us the product dimensions and weight. We design the packaging around it, cut it from sheet material and supply it flat-packed. Parts assemble on CNC-cut joints, with the same drawing reused for every repeat order. From 10 to 500 crates per batch.

Questions
What do you make?+−
Custom packaging from plywood, with OSB on request: export crates, transport bases, production trays, reusable carriers, A-frames and protective inserts. Sheet parts are cut on our CNC router.
Is the online price final?+−
No. The online estimate is indicative and is not an offer. A formal quote follows after we review your drawings or dimensions, usually within one working day. Prices exclude VAT.
Do you ship packaging flat?+−
Yes. Crates ship flat-packed and assemble without tools on CNC-cut joints. Screws, staples or glue are added where the load and handling need them.
What is the minimum order?+−
100 EUR per order, excluding VAT and delivery. Shipments outside Estonia have a separate logistics threshold of 150 EUR, also excluding VAT and delivery.
Does plywood packaging fall under ISPM 15?+−
Plywood and OSB components may fall outside ISPM 15 scope. Applicability depends on the full bill of materials and destination, and we confirm it per order. We do not assume it for every design. Solid timber runners fall under ISPM 15; we confirm marking per order or use plywood runners instead.
Is FSC material available?+−
Most of our plywood and timber suppliers hold FSC certificates. FSC material is available on request, and we confirm it against the supplier document for your batch. We put no FSC mark on parts.
Where do you produce and ship from?+−
Production is in Jüri, near Tallinn, Estonia. We can ship directly to your end customer. Pickup in Jüri is free.
