Reusable industrial packaging in plywood
If a package goes out and comes back, the design should allow for repair. We design returnable crates and carriers from CNC-cut plywood so that worn parts can be recut from the stored file and the rest of the package stays in service.

What you get
Replaceable parts
Panels and inserts are separate pieces cut from the same file.
Tenon joints that come apart
Joints are cut into the parts, and hardware is added only where the load needs it, so a part can be swapped.
Spare parts from stored files
We keep your drawings and cut files for 3 years for repeat orders.
Material chosen for use
Birch plywood for repeated handling, softwood plywood where weight and cost matter.

How the crate goes together

Designed for reuse
Designed for reuse. Requirements of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) are assessed per product on request.
Ask about your productOptions
Options do not change the online estimate. They travel with your request and are priced in the written quote.
Engraved marking (logo, handling symbols)
Handling symbols and logos can be engraved on the CNC router. Tell us in the request and send the artwork with your drawing.
Soft lining
Soft lining on request. Tell us the requirement in the request.
Questions
How many trips will a reusable crate make?+−
We do not publish a generic figure. Trip life depends on cargo weight, handling, transport and storage conditions. Tell us your logistics loop, and we design for it and say what we can and cannot assess.
Can worn parts be replaced?+−
That is the design aim. Panels and inserts are designed as separate parts so they can be recut from the stored file.
Does reusable plywood packaging fall under ISPM 15?+−
Plywood and OSB components may fall outside ISPM 15 scope. Applicability depends on the full bill of materials and destination, and we confirm it per order. Solid timber runners fall under ISPM 15; we confirm marking per order or use plywood runners instead.
How do you handle the EU PPWR?+−
Designed for reuse. Requirements of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) are assessed per product on request.
Can I reorder the same design?+−
Yes. We keep your drawings and cut files for 3 years for repeat orders.
What is the minimum order and price?+−
The minimum order is 100 EUR per order, excluding VAT and delivery. Shipments outside Estonia have a separate logistics threshold of 150 EUR, also excluding VAT and delivery. Price depends on size, material, machine time and quantity. Price is given for the part and the batch. Custom design is quoted per project. Made to order. Lead time is confirmed with your quote.
Plan a packaging loop that lasts.
Tell us the cargo, the route and how often the package returns. We reply with a design proposal and a price on request.
