Custom A-frames for panel and sheet transport
Large flat goods travel near-upright, leaning against the frame and supported along their length. We design and CNC-cut plywood A-frames sized to your panels: their format, their thickness and the number per frame. We make the frame. We do not cut glass or stone.

Handling symbols and logos can be engraved on the CNC router. Tell us in the request and send the artwork with your drawing.
Questions
What weight can an A-frame carry?+−
We do not publish generic ratings. Panel weight, count, centre of gravity and transport method are inputs to the design. Every quote is reviewed by our engineer before production. Heavy loads need an engineer review.
Do you supply the glass or stone?+−
No. We make the frame only. We do not work in glass, stone or tile.
Can the frame include metal parts?+−
We make no steel parts and no welded frames. Frames are plywood-based. If a design needs metal fittings, they are bought in, and we say so at the quote stage.
Does a plywood A-frame fall under ISPM 15?+−
Plywood and OSB components may fall outside ISPM 15 scope. Applicability depends on the full bill of materials and destination, and we confirm it per order. Solid timber runners fall under ISPM 15; we confirm marking per order or use plywood runners instead.
What do you need to quote?+−
Panel dimensions and thickness, weight per panel, number of panels per frame, handling method and destination. A sketch is enough to start.
What is the minimum order and price?+−
The minimum order is 100 EUR per order, excluding VAT and delivery. Shipments outside Estonia have a separate logistics threshold of 150 EUR, also excluding VAT and delivery. Price depends on size, material, machine time and quantity. Price is given for the part and the batch. Custom design is quoted per project. Made to order. Lead time is confirmed with your quote.
Send us the panel format.
Give us dimensions, thickness, weight and panels per frame. We reply with a frame proposal and a price on request.
No drawing? Send photos and dimensions. Our engineer designs the frame and sends a drawing for approval.
