What data we collect

Contact details you enter in the form: name, company, work email, phone and country.

The parameters of your request: dimensions, weight, quantity, material, options and your comment.

Files you upload with the request (drawings, STEP, DXF, PDF, STL, images).

Where it is stored

Request data and files are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure in the EU. Files go to private storage and are not publicly accessible.

Who can see it

Only the Cutlab team that prepares your quote. We use your files to quote and produce your order. We do not publish them and we do not hand out direct links to them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to hello@cutlab.ee.
