CASE 01
Stencil-marked export crates, 50 housings
Task
Ship display housings abroad in marked crates that are strapped on pallets.
Solution
Plywood crates strapped on pallets, with the project marking applied by stencil. Designed and cut by Cutlab.
Batch
50 housings in 27 shipments, spring 2026. The destination asked for material certification; we passed on the manufacturer's certificate for the sheet batch.

CASE 02
Engraved film-faced plywood stacks
Task
Dark film-faced plywood parts for two crate types, with the customer's logo on one part type and chamfered holes.
Solution
15 mm film-faced birch plywood, CNC cutting, chamfered holes and the logo engraved by milling. Parts leave stacked on a pallet.
Batch
Two crate types, 72 parts each.

CASE 03
Plywood cassette with dividers
Task
Dividers that keep parts apart inside a box.
Solution
A plywood cassette whose dividers lock into the box on CNC-cut joints.

CASE 04
Radius cradles for cut arcs
Task
Support a large curved component on its radius for transport.
Solution
A cradle built from plywood layers located with dowels, with the arc cut on the CNC router, standing on a plastic pallet.
