Custom transport pallets and machinery bases
A standard pallet does not fit every machine. We design and CNC-cut transport bases around your equipment: its footprint, its mounting points and the way it is lifted. Bases are made from plywood, with timber supports where the load calls for them. Parts ship flat-packed and assemble on CNC-cut joints. Screws, staples or glue are added where the load and handling need them.

What you get
Footprint from your product
Deck size and mounting points follow your drawing.
Positioning features
Pockets, stops and locating cut-outs are machined into the deck, so the equipment sits in the same place every time.
Handling method designed in
Forklift or pallet-jack access is an input to the design, not an afterthought.
Interlocking joints
Joints run through the full sheet thickness. Hardware is added only where the load and handling need it.
Large-format cutting
Work area 2070 x 4000 mm, 3 axes, base accuracy plus or minus 0.5 mm.
Repeatable
The approved drawing and cut file are reused for every repeat batch.

Options
Options do not change the online estimate. They travel with your request and are priced in the written quote.
Engraved marking (logo, handling symbols)
Handling symbols and logos can be engraved on the CNC router. Tell us in the request and send the artwork with your drawing.
Sea freight and long-term storage
Sea freight: moisture protection options are specified per shipment. Tell us the route and storage time.
Questions
When does a custom base make sense?+−
When the equipment has an unusual footprint, needs fixed mounting points, or is shipped in series where repeat positioning matters. For a standard-size load, a standard pallet is often the simpler choice.
What weight can a base carry?+−
We do not publish generic ratings. Weight, centre of gravity and handling method are inputs to the design. Every quote is reviewed by our engineer before production. Heavy or non-standard loads need an engineer review.
Does a plywood base fall under ISPM 15?+−
Plywood and OSB components may fall outside ISPM 15 scope. Applicability depends on the full bill of materials and destination, and we confirm it per order. Solid timber runners fall under ISPM 15; we confirm marking per order or use plywood runners instead.
Can the base and a crate be one design?+−
Yes. We can design the base and the crate together so they fit. See the crates page.
Do you ship to my customer directly?+−
We can ship to your end customer. Pickup in Jüri, Estonia, is free. Transport is quoted per shipment.
What quantities do you make?+−
Batches of 10 to 500; single units and samples are quoted per project. The minimum order is 100 EUR per order, excluding VAT and delivery. Shipments outside Estonia have a separate logistics threshold of 150 EUR, also excluding VAT and delivery.
What does it cost and how long does it take?+−
Price depends on size, material, machine time and quantity. Price is given for the part and the batch. Custom design is quoted per project. Made to order. Lead time is confirmed with your quote.
Tell us what the base has to carry.
Send the equipment dimensions, weight and mounting points. We reply with a design proposal and a price on request.
No drawing? Send photos and dimensions. Our engineer designs the base and sends a drawing for approval.
