How it works: from drawing to dispatch
You send a drawing, or photos and dimensions. We design the packaging, you approve the drawing, and we cut and ship it. Made to order, with the lead time confirmed with your quote.
The five steps
- 01
Send a drawing or photos
A drawing in STEP, DXF or PDF is best. Photos and dimensions are enough to start. Add the weight, how the crate is lifted, transport and destination. The checklist is on the quote page.
- 02
Get an estimate and a quote
The online estimate is indicative and is not an offer. A written quote usually follows within one working day, after our engineer has reviewed the request.
- 03
Approve the drawing
Our engineer designs the crate and sends a drawing for approval. Nothing is cut before you approve it.

DRAWING - 04
We cut and prepare the kit
Parts are cut on our large-format CNC router (2070 x 4000 mm work area). Joints are cut into the panels. Crates ship flat-packed, or assembled if you ask for that.

Photo, dispatch or pickup
On request, we send photos of your batch before dispatch. You collect in Jüri (free) or we ship; transport is quoted per shipment, and we can ship to your end customer.

Timing
Made to order, confirmed with your quote. We give no standard lead time because it depends on size, material and quantity.
Repeat orders
We keep your drawings and cut files for 3 years for repeat orders. Reorders use the same specification. Files sent with a request are deleted after 90 days unless the order goes ahead.
What to send for a quote
Send what you have. A missing item will not stop us from starting; we ask for it.
- 01
Dimensions and weight
Product length, width and height, and weight. For several items, the size of the largest and the total weight.
- 02
Drawing or photos
STEP, DXF or PDF is best. Photos with a tape measure in the frame also work.
- 03
How it is lifted
Forklift, pallet jack or crane. If a pallet jack is used, tell us the lowered fork height.
- 04
Transport and country
Truck, sea, air or courier, and the destination country.
- 05
Storage
Indoors or outdoors, how long, and whether the crate is stacked.
- 06
Marking
Logo, handling symbols or labels you need on the crate.
- 07
Quantity
One crate, a batch, or repeat orders.
No drawing? Send photos and dimensions. Our engineer designs the crate and sends a drawing for approval.
Why we ask
- Weight and lifting method
- They set sheet thickness, base height and where the fork opening goes
- Transport and country
- They decide whether the crate needs moisture protection, marking or an ISPM 15 check
- Storage
- Humidity moves plywood slightly; long outdoor storage may need a different set-up
- Marking
- Engraving is cut with the panels, so it is planned with the drawing
