Each position is machined from your CAD file or drawing.
Defined geometry limits
Inside corner radius from 2 mm. Pocket width cannot be smaller than the cutter diameter. We check this against your drawing.
Base accuracy plus or minus 0.5 mm
Tighter tolerance only on request, after we assess the part.
Layered construction
Deeper trays and holders can be built from stacked sheet layers located with dowels.
Materials by use
Birch plywood 6.5 to 30 mm, MDF 16 to 25 mm, laminated and film-faced plywood 9 to 18 mm, PC, PMMA and PETG 3 to 8 mm.
Repeatable
The cut file is kept, so a reorder gives the same tray.

Questions
What tolerance can I expect?+−
Base accuracy is plus or minus 0.5 mm on plywood, MDF and plastics. Tighter tolerance is available only on request, after we assess the part.
Does humidity change the tray size?+−
Plywood moves slightly with humidity. Humidity movement on long parts is of the same order as cutting accuracy; we ask about storage conditions. If you need a fixed size on a long part, tell us the working environment.
Which materials can you cut?+−
Birch plywood, laminated and film-faced plywood, MDF and moisture-resistant MDF, and PC, PMMA and PETG sheet. Material and thickness are chosen per application.
Can you design the tray from my part?+−
Yes. Custom design is quoted per project. If you supply a model, we machine from it.
What are the machine limits?+−
Work area 2070 x 4000 mm, 3 axes. Undercuts and 5-axis shapes are not standard work. Complex shapes may be solved with fixtures or several setups, and we confirm feasibility per part.
What quantities and minimum order?+−
Batches of 10 to 500; single units and samples are quoted per project. The minimum order is 100 EUR per order, excluding VAT and delivery. Shipments outside Estonia have a separate logistics threshold of 150 EUR, also excluding VAT and delivery.
What does it cost and how long does it take?+−
Price is given for the part and the batch, plus material. Custom design is quoted per project. Made to order. Lead time is confirmed with your quote.
